Resilience Training

Most organisations now acknowledge that work can be pressurised and that unless this pressure is managed effectively, it may turn into stress and adversely affect the performance of employees. Robertson Cooper helps clients to address this important issue by offering personal resilience training, based on our experience and expertise in the field of well-being and stress management.

We offer either a one day or a half day course. The course begins by providing delegates with essential knowledge on the nature of stress and how it may affect them personally – this includes looking at individual differences and personality characteristics. It then moves on to specific coping mechanisms – providing delegates with the tools and techniques that will embed the training in the organisation.

The course is supported by current research material and practical advice to help delegates deal with pressure effectively. The training draws on exercises and sections from Under Pressure, our interactive pressure management e-learning resource. All of our courses are delivered by qualified Occupational Psychologists who are experienced in the field of stress, pressure management and resilience. We can also train your trainers to deliver the course content.
