Coaching using Leadership Impact
We offer a coaching approach based on a tried and tested process that has been used at the highest levels in Government and in private sector companies. Each coaching intervention is designed to suit the client’s context and objectives.
All programmes include an element of initial profiling, often using our Leadership Impact tool. Providing feedback covering strengths, development needs and risks to be managed is the next stage and the feedback is always tied into real workplace issues. A key output of all of our coaching programmes is the formulation of structured plans for personal development (medium-term) and career development (longer-term).
