ASSET Well-Being Survey
ASSET is a survey-based assessment of well-being that allows an organisation to establish
its current position and determine the solutions required to improve. The ASSET survey
is a validated risk assessment tool developed by Professor Cary Cooper and the team at
Robertson Cooper Ltd. ASSET measures known sources of pressure in organisations, such
as working relationships and workload demands, and the impact of the staff response to
these across your organisation. That impact can be on the commitment and motivation of
your people, on their health and well-being and ultimately on bottom-line factors like
productivity and absenteeism.
An organisational ASSET audit will allow you to build an action plan and solutions
programme that is completely aligned with the HSE Management Standards. It is the
gateway to the ASSET Solutions Programme, which allows you to manage risk on a long-term
basis across the organisation using a range of proven solutions.
ASSET will identify the workplace stress hotspots in your organisation so that you can
target solutions in an efficient and cost effective manner.
A key part of the ASSET approach is web-based software that allows you to produce reports and compare results for any group(s) in your organisation. For example, you can compare perceived reactions to work pressures across business units, departments, genders or locations.
