What will I learn?

Under Pressure comprises of two disks – Disk 1 includes the following modules:

  • All about stress – introduces the topic and provides the user with an opportunity to measure their own stress levels
  • Stress and you – enables users to assess the factors that make them vulnerable to stress such as personality, their behaviour patterns and social situations.
  • Changing your mind – demonstrates how to challenge stress inducing thoughts and replace them with ones that increase confidence and resilience to pressure.

Disk 2 is all about providing solutions for preventing stress and coping with it effectively and includes the following modules:

  • Body matters – demonstrates simple relaxation techniques that can be used to mitigate the effects of stress. Users also learn how diet and exercise contribute to building resilience.
  • Stress busters – introduces techniques so that, as well as working hard, employees can learn to work smart, achieving more with less stress.
  • Assessment quizzes – enables users to check the effectiveness of their learning in relation to stress management techniques.
