Teamable is a leading edge tool for developing team effectiveness. It enables you to assess the roles that members of your teams prefer to play and, in turn, tells you how balanced teams are in terms of the roles required for effective teamworking.

Uniquely, Teamable also tells you about each team member’s role flexibility – i.e. how flexible he/she is around their preferred team roles. Role flexibility is important because most teams are relatively small and do not neatly cover all team roles – so it is useful to be aware of team members’ flexibility to cover roles outside the scope of their natural preference.
