Intranet versus Internet versions of Perspectives

There are two versions of Perspectives designed to meet different client requirements. The Intranet version is hosted by the client and the Internet version is hosted by Robertson Cooper. The features of each system are summarised below:

Intranet

• Hosted on client server and managed by client
• One-off license per user, free repeat assessments for long term performance management
• Provides individual development planning tools
• Results can be tracked historically
• Results can be aggregated to organisational level
• Fully manageable by client administrator

Internet

• Robertson Cooper hosted - intranet not required
• Pay-as-you-go – suitable for one-off assessments
• System is ready to use – little set-up time and standardised look and feel
• Accommodates your organisational competencies
• Clients can create new users and track assessments
• Results show top 3 and bottom 3 competencies
• Comprehensive help text
