Introducing Leadership Impact

Robertson Cooper has developed a new approach to leadership development that uniquely connects leaders to the environment they create for their workgroups.

Leadership Impact is a personality-based assessment of the leader, which reveals his/her likely impact on the workgroup. Leadership Impact reports on the leader’s natural style in terms of the balance she/he is likely to strike between challenging people and supporting them. Uniquely, it focuses on leadership strengths and highlights the risks of leaders overusing these strengths without flexing their approach.

The report is structured around six key areas that leaders must impact positively to ensure that their workgroup feels motivated, energised, resilient and above all can deliver sustainable high performance.
