In the Private Sector ASSET is being used in several areas including Oil and Gas, Financial Services and Higher Education, to improve productivity and profitability by helping them to focus on the barriers and enablers of high performance. The drivers are often different in the Private Sector, but the ASSET approach is designed to be flexible enough to accommodate different requirements.
