The Police Well-Being Network
Robertson Cooper works extensively within the Police Service and over the last 9 years has supported over 16 organisations with
well-being projects and interventions. During this time a number of our contacts expressed the need to become more connected with
other Police well-being professionals: this was the driver for the Police Well-Being Network which is a sub-group
of the Business Well-Being Network.

The annual subscription fee for the base package is just £500 + VAT.
Organisational Membership:
The full membership package offers your organisation complete support for your well-being activities, including consultancy advice, product licences and phone support.
Key benefits:
- Invitations to three Police Well-Being networking workshops per year (for up to 3 members).
- Invitations to Business Well-Being Networking events (including 2 workshops and 1 Annual conference).
- Twice yearly reports on Well-Being in the Police Service – updating you on Robertson Cooper’s work in the Police Service, including keeping you in touch with the latest trends from our data and summarising other known initiatives. The specific topic areas for these reports will be driven by network members.
- A two hour meeting with a Robertson Cooper Consultant to discuss current issues within your force, at a time and location of your choice.
- Access to telephone advice form Robertson Cooper Consultants throughout the year up to a maximum of 12 hours per annum.
- A copy of the Under Pressure Trainers pack (including DVD & Trainer’s Guide) containing film-based content around which you can quickly and easily build a stress awareness course. You will receive 1 Under Pressure CD-ROM personal development resource making the total package worth £500.
- A Vector Analysis package for a team of your choice worth up to £500. Vector Analysis is a process that combines an assessment of the leader’s approach (Leadership Impact) with an assessment of group/team well-being (online ASSET for up to 25 people) and will help the leader to understand the kind of environment that he/she creates for the workgroup.
