Executive Coaching

We specialise in coaching senior leaders in both the private and public sectors. Each coaching intervention is designed to suit the context and client’s needs. Typical elements include:

  • a first meeting and individual coaching proposal – free of charge
  • profiling (personality, Leadership Impact, style, career anchors, 360° review)
  • comprehensive feedback on strengths, development needs and risks to be managed
  • a set number of coaching sessions, agreed at the outset – extended if appropriate
  • formulation of structured plans for personal development (medium-term) and career development (longer-term)
  • facilitation of an ongoing career dialogue between the coachee and his or her manager.

If appropriate, we include Vector to support the leader in improving levels of engagement and well-being in his or her workgroup.
