Ben Moss, Managing Director

Ben is Managing Director of Robertson Cooper. He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and joined the firm in 2001, since when he has taken on various roles. These include heading up product development and for the last three years acting as business development and marketing Director. Before Robertson Cooper, Ben was Principal Occupational Psychologist at Greater Manchester Police and also worked as a consultant at The Thornhill Consultancy.

Professor Cary Cooper, CBE - Director

Cary is a Director and founder of Robertson Cooper, and Professor of Organisational Psychology and Health at Lancaster University. He is recognised as a world-leading expert on well-being and is the media's first choice for comment on workplace issues. He is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society (who awarded him a lifetime achievement award), The Royal Society of Arts, The Royal Society of Medicine and The Royal Society of Health. He is also the President of the International Stress Management Association (ISMA) and the author of over 80 books.

Professor Ivan Robertson, Director

Ivan is a Director and founder of Robertson Cooper. He leads Robertson Cooper’s research and product development team, ensuring that we remain at the cutting edge. Ivan has consulted extensively to central government and private sector organisations over the last 25 years. He has experience of working at the highest levels in government. Ivan has published over 35 books in the arena of Occupational Psychology and is an internationally recognised industry expert in the areas of well-being, employee engagement, personnel selection, assessment and leadership development. He is Professor of Organisational Psychology at Leeds University Business School, a Fellow of the British Psychological Society and Emeritus Professor at the University of Manchester.

Dr Jill Flint-Taylor, Director

Jill is head of our London consultancy team. She is also Director with responsibility for ensuring that our clients’ experience is of the highest quality. She has extensive experience of working with government departments and blue chip companies in the areas of talent management, leadership development and well-being. Jill specialises in ensuring that organisations attract, retain and develop the best talent. She coaches at the most senior levels and has expertise in designing and delivering leadership development programmes. Jill is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.

Gordon Tinline, Director

Gordon heads up our Manchester consultancy team. He is also the Director responsible for finance and operations. Gordon has spent much of the last decade working with organisations and their senior management to ensure that well-being is managed in a way that translates into bottom-line improvements, as well as a better quality of life for staff. He has worked across the police, NHS, government and private sectors. Accordingly, he has become a recognised industry expert on well-being in the workplace and is in demand for speaking engagements throughout the year. Gordon is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.

Vikkie Buxton, Business Development and Marketing Manager

Vikkie manages business development and marketing at Robertson Cooper. Her team is responsible for raising awareness of Robertson Cooper’s products and services, as well as developing strong long-term relationships with existing and future clients. The team looks after the company’s PR and media relations, our online presence, our exhibition attendance and the events that Robertson Cooper regularly offers. The team also manages the Business Well-Being Network – the UK’s only dedicated network for those responsible for well-being inside organisations.
